At Gymshark, our products are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Sourcing Manager to act as the central point of contact for sourcing activity at GSHQ, driving key projects with both internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how we deliver products across our supply network, working closely with Merchandising, Planning, Technical and Supply Planning teams to ensure sourcing initiatives support business priorities and deliver exceptional results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sourcing Manager, you'll lead sourcing projects from initiation through to delivery, building strong partnerships across the business and within our supplier network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sourcing projects and ensuring successful delivery against project objectives.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Technical and Supply Planning teams to align activity with the sourcing vision.
- Supporting vendor management activities, including performance reviews, business plan implementation and improvement actions.
- Managing costing and delivering margin targets across responsible product categories.
- Driving Tier 1 capacity strategies to ensure supply can support forecasted demand and trading commitments.
- Monitoring supplier performance and supporting improvement plans, onboarding activities and exit strategies where required.
- Leading, coaching and developing the Sourcing Executive, setting clear objectives aligned to the FY27 Sourcing & Supply Strategy.
- Initiating seasonal sourcing plans in partnership with internal teams and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Supporting the identification and onboarding of new suppliers and sourcing regions, ensuring capability, compliance and sustainability requirements are met.
- Developing and embedding sourcing SOPs that drive consistency, accountability and execution excellence across the supply base.
- Championing responsible purchasing practices that align with Gymshark's ethical sourcing and sustainability commitments.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We're looking for someone who combines sourcing expertise with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' sourcing experience within an apparel, fashion or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of apparel design, development and production timelines.
- Experience working within global sourcing environments and managing supplier relationships across multiple regions.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver costing and margin objectives.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess costs, market trends and supply chain performance.
- Experience delivering projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM or similar product management systems.

Onsite Collaboration
Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of three days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver world-class products for our community.
