At Gymshark, our products are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a commercially driven and strategic Sourcing Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing our global sourcing strategy, ensuring we have the right partners, capacity, and capabilities in place to support our ambitious growth plans.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sourcing professional to work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Merchandising, Planning, Technical, and Supply Planning, while building strong partnerships with our global supplier network.
What You'll Do
As Sourcing Manager, you will act as the central point of contact for sourcing activities across your product categories, driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the supply chain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of Gymshark's sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment across key internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Managing supplier relationships and performance, including business planning, feedback processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to diversify and de-risk supply through dual sourcing and strategic vendor development.
- Driving costing excellence across categories to achieve margin and financial targets.
- Developing and executing Tier 1 capacity strategies to ensure supply meets forecasted demand and volume commitments.
- Monitoring supplier performance and leading improvement plans, onboarding programmes, and exit strategies where required.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the Sourcing Executive, setting clear objectives aligned to business and sourcing priorities.
- Supporting seasonal sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal teams and supplier partners.
- Identifying and onboarding new suppliers and sourcing regions, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and capability standards are met.
- Rolling out sourcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, accountability, and execution excellence across the supply base.
- Championing responsible purchasing practices that align with Gymshark's ethical sourcing and sustainability commitments.

What You'll Need
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a collaborative mindset and a passion for supply chain excellence.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience in sourcing within an apparel, fashion, or retail business.
- Strong understanding of apparel design, development, and production lifecycles.
- Experience working within global sourcing environments and managing supplier relationships across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively, manage costs, and deliver against financial and margin targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience driving supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM or similar product and data management systems.

Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of three days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver world-class products for our community.
