Be a force behind exceptional product delivery

At Gymshark, our products are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a commercially driven and strategic Sourcing Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing our global sourcing strategy, ensuring we have the right partners, capacity, and capabilities in place to support our ambitious growth plans.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sourcing professional to work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Merchandising, Planning, Technical, and Supply Planning, while building strong partnerships with our global supplier network.

What You'll Do

As Sourcing Manager, you will act as the central point of contact for sourcing activities across your product categories, driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of Gymshark's sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment across key internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Managing supplier relationships and performance, including business planning, feedback processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to diversify and de-risk supply through dual sourcing and strategic vendor development.
  • Driving costing excellence across categories to achieve margin and financial targets.
  • Developing and executing Tier 1 capacity strategies to ensure supply meets forecasted demand and volume commitments.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and leading improvement plans, onboarding programmes, and exit strategies where required.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Sourcing Executive, setting clear objectives aligned to business and sourcing priorities.
  • Supporting seasonal sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal teams and supplier partners.
  • Identifying and onboarding new suppliers and sourcing regions, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and capability standards are met.
  • Rolling out sourcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, accountability, and execution excellence across the supply base.
  • Championing responsible purchasing practices that align with Gymshark's ethical sourcing and sustainability commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
