What is the job?

Cinemas bring joy to millions every day - but behind the magic, there’s a huge amount happening to keep everything running smoothly, from essential maintenance contractors down to the light bulbs in the ceiling. To keep our operations performing at their best, we’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing activity across our international MRO (maintenance, repairs, operating goods & services) categories, a critical set of supplies and services that keep our cinemas open, safe and guest-ready.

Reporting to the Director of International Procurement & Global MRO, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategy, managing supplier performance, improving processes and partnering closely with Operations and Facilities teams across multiple territories. You’ll help drive value, innovation and best-in-class procurement practices across our UK, Europe and Israel brands within the Regal Cineworld Group. Working across multiple territories, you'll lead high-value sourcing projects that influence decisions supporting 100+ cinemas and thousands of colleagues.

Salary: From £65,000 depending on skills & experience
Location: Currently Brentford, TW8 9AG, but relocating to Ealing, W5 5JN from approx. October. This is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and guiding cross-functional teams through planning, execution and implementation.
  • Developing and owning multi-year sourcing strategies and project wave plans.
  • Managing the full sourcing lifecycle: spend analysis, market assessment, RFx, negotiation, contracting and ongoing supplier management.
  • Building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across multiple international markets.
  • Developing supplier KPI’s, total cost of ownership (TCO) models and savings pipelines that align with business objectives.
  • Identifying and driving process improvements and fostering continuous improvement across the procurement function.
  • Driving cost optimisation, risk reduction and service improvements that support our cinemas, colleagues and guests.
  • Supporting the delivery of improved guest experience, operational performance and commercial value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
