Responsibilities
Supporting the Product Sourcing Managers and their Vendor relationships through timely and accurate communication, including, but not limited to:
- General vendor queries & communication
- Facilitating vendor activities to deliver on project deadlines
- Support identification of new vendors
- Product data Maintenance, creation and issue resolution
- Setting up new vendor contracts on the Kingfisher system and ensuring relevant information is validated and maintained
- Co-ordination of meetings and conversations across the group
- Team / Category administration and support
- Internal stakeholder / relationship management
- Occasional visits to vendors / stores, some travel may be required

The Job
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Keen attention to detail & accuracy
- Strong numerical ability
- Basic project management skills
- Prior procurement/ retail experience
