Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition) – 6-Month Contract
Are you candidate-focused with a passion for building long-term relationships, developing talent pipelines, and connecting exceptional people with exciting career opportunities?
Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition) to join our UKI Talent Team on a 6-month contract. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for current and future roles—remotely or with occasional travel to UK/Ireland offices.

Responsibilities as a Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition)
You will:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in sales and operations/engineering functions.
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, CV databases, social media, referrals, and talent communities to identify candidates.
- Conduct market mapping & talent research to target companies, competitors, and potential candidates.
- Perform initial candidate outreach via personalised messaging & networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) and Hiring Managers to align on hiring needs, skills trends, and market insights.
- Track sourcing metrics, including:
- Pipeline health
- Outreach response rates
- Candidate conversations

Requirements
You should bring:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Specialised expertise in sourcing passive candidates in sales and operations/engineering.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
- Strong research, organisational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
