Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition) – 6-Month Contract

Location: Remote (preferably within commuting distance of Blackburn) or occasional UK & Ireland office travel Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

At Chubb Fire & Security, we’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition) to join our UKI Talent Team. This role will give you the opportunity to identify, engage, and nurture top talent for both current and future needs.

Your Role: Sourcing Consultant (Talent Acquisition)

As a core part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for sales, operations, and engineering roles.
  • Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, Metaview, and professional networks to source candidates (both active and passive).
  • Conducting market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, competitors, and high-potential candidates.
  • Conducting high-value candidate outreach through personalised messaging and networking.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, skills requirements, and market trends.
  • Tracking and reporting sourcing metrics, including pipeline health, outreach response rates, and candidate conversations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing passive candidates for sales, operations, or engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong research, organisational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
