On top of that! - how would you like a Sous Chef role that only works every other weekend!
Position: Sous Chef
Location: Midford Care Home
Type: Full and Part Time hours
Salary: £32,000 (Based on 40 hours per week) + £15.50 for any hours overtime.

Your Role as a Sous Chef:

Collaborating closely with our Head Chef, Senior Chefs, and culinary team, you'll craft delightful and nutritious dishes that tantalise our residents' taste buds. What We're Looking for in You:
- Kitchen skills: Ability to support the creation of 'fine dining' standard food, using fresh ingredients from scratch!
- Menu Development: Assist in developing innovative and enticing menus that delight our residents.
- Creative Culinary Crafting: Use fresh produce to craft high-quality, wholesome dishes that exceed expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring you work in a structured way and in line with H&S regulations.
