About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in the kitchen. Your responsibilities include:
- Balancing team dynamics and ensuring kitchen excellence
- Managing financial responsibilities, including stock control and costs
- Stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence when required

Skills & Experience Needed
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage stock, control costs, and minimise waste
- Experience in financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 casino environment, including night shifts and weekends
Candidates must be 18+ and have the legal right to work in the UK.
