Role Overview
Help launch our revitalised refurbished venue and grow with the business. This exciting opportunity is yours to shape—a new chapter, and a chance to be at the forefront of quality service.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will…
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Cook and deliver high-quality dishes to menu specifications—every plate must be exceptional.
- Lead culinary teams through chaotic service cycles, ensuring on-time, consistent meals.
- Oversee food safety and hygiene, maintaining exemplary standards in every kitchen shift.
- Support prep, platings, kitchen organisation, and storage systems.
- Spearhead training and mentorship for trainee chefs and new hires—because team excellence starts with you.
- Cultivate a culture of optimism and efficiency—when the pot boils, how you manage the fire defines the whole kitchen.
- Adapt to seasonal menus, wholesome ingredients, and customer feedback with creativity and pace.

Salary & Additional Benefits
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum + bonus + service charge
