Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As the Sous Chef, you’ll:

  • Drive your team to meet targets, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Train, inspire, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food.
  • ** Support the Head Chef with:**
    • Food ordering and stock control.
    • Menu operations tailored to the All Bar One brand.
  • Lead kitchen teams with confidence—managing chefs and staff efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
