Sous Chef | 4-Day Week | Lead a High-Quality Kitchen | Creative Input & Progression
Ready to step into a leadership role where your voice actually matters?
At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our food offering.
This is more than a support role, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

- Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day
- Leading service and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
- Coaching and developing the team
- Managing food safety, compliance, and standards
- Contributing to menu development and innovation
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Passion for consistency, quality, and presentation
- Strong organisational and people skills
