About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you’ll take a central role in our kitchens:
- Balance team dynamics and maintain kitchen excellence
- Oversee financial responsibilities
- Step in as Head Chef when needed
This is a high-pressure role requiring exceptional cooking skills combined with leadership under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Support Head Chef and secure service delivery
- Train and manage team members effectively
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Oversee stock management and waste reduction
- Support budgeting and cost control in a food & beverage context
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to manage stock, budgets, and minimise waste
- Previous budgeting experience in food & beverage environments
Working Environment
This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment, requiring flexibility for:
- Night shifts
- Weekend work
Employment Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Hold the legal right to work in the UK
