About the Role

As a Sous Chef at Toby Carvery – Worcester Park, you’ll bring passion for delivering exceptional food, nurturing talent, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll:

  • Lead a culinary team as a supportive section head
  • Collaborate closely with your Head Chef
  • Step in to guide the kitchen when needed
  • Foster a cohesive, dynamic environment

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support Head Chef: Handle stock orders, prep, and inventory management
  • Brand consistency: Ensure every dish reflects our signature menu
