Sous Chef – Award-Winning Food Service Team
Location: TW15 7LN Salary: £42,224 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30 (40 hrs/week)

We’re now recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our award-winning team and help us shape delicious, high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef: Assist in delivering up to 2,000 meals daily (70% uptake) with unwavering quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 12 Chef de Parties, ensuring high standards across all kitchen operations.
- Food Production: Oversee daily menu execution, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety standards.
- Cost & Efficiency: Optimise ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to meet budget targets.
- Versatility: Support hospitality and events as needed.
- Deputise for Head Chef: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.
