About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP Chef with a natural flair for leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality hospitality. As the Agency Sous Chef, you will drive excellence, guiding a team while fostering an inviting environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion quality food service through clear menu execution
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring strong communication
- Manage kitchen rosters, training, and health & safety protocols
- Collaborate with Head Chefs to design and deliver creation recipes and daily specials
- Maintain strict control over prepared goods inventories and labour efficiency
- Drive sales and profitability through team engagement (both kitchen and FOH)

Requirements:
- Experience leading high-level kitchen operations with a proven track record of service excellence
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth while managing costs
- Hands-on approach with proven menu development skills
