Sous Chef

Kitchen Supervisor – Full-Time Role at Emilia's Crafted Pasta (Baker Street, London)

Location: Baker Street, London

Contract: Full-Time

Availability: Full flexibility required (Monday to Sunday)

Shifts are on a rota basis and include closing shifts.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Emilia's Crafted Pasta, a prestigious establishment in London’s lively Baker Street.

Key Traits

  • Ability to swim in high-pressure kitchen environments while maintaining a collaborative attitude
  • Strong organisational and people management skills

Requirements

To apply, you should satisfy:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Availability to start ASAP
  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience
  • At least 6 months of kitchen management experience
  • Valid work authorization in the UK
  • Willingness to work weekends

Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen manager in maintaining smooth daily operations
  • Supervise food preparation while adhering to the restaurant’s high quality standards
  • Coordinate, train, and manage kitchen staff to ensure peak performance and safety
  • Oversee inventory, orders, and food costs to maintain profitability
  • Take on role of kitchen manager when absent, ensuring consistency in quality and processes
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance with industry regulations including HACCP protocols
