Key Responsibilities
You are the heartbeat of the kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Head Chef to set the pace and maintain elite standards
- Ensuring high-energy service is delivered at all times
- Managing HACCP paperwork
- Coaching and developing the next generation of chefs
- Garanteeing every plate is sent with pride and precision

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven leadership in a Sous Chef role within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Expertise in:
- Stock control
- Waste reduction
- Food safety compliance
- High-energy personality with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to motivate the team under pressure
- Passion for Italian cuisine & fun, respectful team culture
