We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working shoulder to shoulder with our Chefs and reporting to the Head Chef.
About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you’ll be working with a menu brimming with flavour, provenance, and seasonality. Our all-day food range celebrates the diverse, modern French culinary landscape, offering indulgent classics alongside lighter options too.
As the Sous Chef, you’ll have oversight of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to foster a:
- Motivated and safe work environment
- Well-supported team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel
You’ll support the Head Chef and General Manager by:
- Maintaining an outstanding kitchen standard and operations
- Leading the team, ensuring accountability and consistency

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering consistency on a menu known for flavour, quality, and modern French techniques
- Leading kitchen teams to ensure:
- High standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency
- Positive, encouraging culture for all staff
- Overseeing station operations and delegating tasks effectively
- Working collaboratively with Head Chef to problem-solve and innovate
