Sous Chef
Sous-Chef Opportunity at Italian Deli Dining
Location: Hammersmith/Chiswick (W6 9TN)
Our charming Italian Deli Dining, situated in a lively neighbourhood near the river, offers a warm and engaging atmosphere—complete with pleasant colleagues and a vibrant local setting.
We are seeking a dynamic sous-chef with a genuine enthusiasm for food, seasonal ingredients, and modern European cuisine. You should be organised, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple stations during service while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Run various kitchen sections during service
- Work closely with the Head Chef and follow culinary development guidelines
- Operate efficiently and effectively as part of a cohesive team
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and team-based kitchen environments
- Food handling training and accreditations
- A strong understanding of modern European cuisine and seasonal ingredients
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- A plus: Fluency in Italian (highly valued for staff interaction and menu management)
