Sous Chef

Join the Team at TAQ

Emma and Ian Rowntree have refreshingly reinvented one of London’s most beloved Mexican restaurants originals. Initially opened on Westbourne Grove over 20 years ago and formerly known as Taqueria, the restaurant has now been rebranded as TAQ.

While Taqueria remained a cherished and beloved neighbourhood staple, London’s taco culture has evolved significantly over the decades. At TAQ, we are proud to reimagine its legacy and proudly present it as a new chapter.

Our Concept Is Simple

At TAQ, we offer fresh, hot tortillas topped with high-quality grilled meats and vibrant salsas. Our menu is complemented by cold beers and great-value margaritas. Eduardo's.menu beautifully combines traditional Mexican classics—such as tacos, tostadas, and quesadillas—with bold, modern twists that inspire each dish.

Our Team

We value a small but tight-knit team where professionalism, respect, and enjoyment go hand in hand. Every member of our team enjoys the work they do and shares a passion for creating an energetic, welcoming, and nurturing atmosphere for both our guests and colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
