About the Role

As a Sous Chef at Golden Heart, you’ll bring passion for serving great food, training exceptional talent, and leaving a lasting positive impression on our guests. You’ll:

  • Step up as team leader in the absence of the Head Chef

What will you do? (Key Responsibilities)

As a Sous Chef, you’ll excel in these areas:

  • Drive your team to meet targets with precision and determination
  • Train, inspire, and develop your colleagues to deliver exceptional food
  • Support Head Chef with:
    • Food ordering & stock control
    • Preparing dishes with consistency and quality
  • Master operational efficiency with a branded menu—keeping it fresh and profitable
  • Lead kitchen teams with confidence, from Chefs to junior staff
  • Ensure compliance with all health & hygiene regulations
