Join one of London’s most historic pubs in the heart of Mayfair
Dating back to 1749, The Footman is one of London’s oldest pubs, combining centuries of heritage with a modern approach to dining, drinks, and hospitality.
Located just moments from Berkeley Square, The Footman has become a favourite destination for both Mayfair locals and visitors looking for quality food, fine wines, and a welcoming atmosphere. From relaxed lunches and elegant dinners to private dining experiences and special celebrations, we create memorable occasions built around great food and genuine hospitality.
Our kitchen focuses on fresh, modern British cooking, delivering a menu that balances classic pub favourites with seasonal dishes and carefully considered specials. Alongside our main dining offer, we are also known for hosting private events, canapés, and bespoke occasions where attention to detail is everything.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
