About the Role
As a Sous Chef at Plough, you’ll thrive on serving great food, fostering staff development, and ensuring our guests leave with smiles on their faces. You’ll:

Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you’ll:
- Drive your team to meet targets and deliver outstanding food.
- Train and inspire your team, setting high standards for service and preparation.
- Support the Head Chef in:
- Food ordering, recipe development, and stock control.
- Mastering our branded menu.
- Managing Chefs and kitchen staff with confidence.
- Ensure health and hygiene regulations are strictly followed at all times.
