Sous Chef – Heartwood Collection

On Target Earnings £16 - £16.50 *(including TRONC) (up to £13.60 basic + TRONC)

About You

  • Proven track record of running kitchen operations, operating stations, and delivering training/support to chefs
  • Ability to manage all kitchen sections, demonstrate leadership, and assist the Head Chef proactively
  • 3–4 years’ experience as a Sous Chef (or equivalent), with preference for roles in branded operations and understanding of Basic Administration.
