Sous Chef
ULG is a collective of 8 venues across London, each with its own unique personality. We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and to help delight our local community with honest, tasty food. You will work closely with your Head Chef to deliver a healthy business and to nurture and develop the kitchen team. You will support in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen and work with your team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services whilst maintaining quality and consistency of all dishes.
