🚨 Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef | £50,000–£55,000 | Central London
Be part of the next chapter of a former multiple Michelin-starred restaurant.
I'm working on an exciting opportunity with a restaurant that's relaunching with a fresh Modern European concept. This is a rare chance to join the opening team and help shape one of London's most anticipated new openings from day one.
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll play a key role in building the kitchen culture, maintaining exceptional standards, and delivering refined, seasonal food.

What we're looking for:
- Michelin-starred restaurant experience is essential
- Current Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready for the next step
- Strong Modern European background
- Confident leading sections and supporting a high-performing kitchen
- Passion for seasonal produce, quality, and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
