We Are Looking for a Sous Chef
We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.
What You Do as a Sous Chef
- You will support the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen whilst leading, training, and developing the team
- You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
- You are passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food
- Work with premium Asian-inspired ingredients and techniques to deliver bold, innovative dishes
- Contribute ideas to evolve our menus while respecting the Lucky Cat style and standards
- Be part of a kitchen that combines precision, creativity and energy in every service
