Sous Chef
As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
Requirements
- Take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
- A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
- Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
- Take pride in every successful service.
- A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.

- Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
