Monday - Friday - Early finish Fridays! 37.5 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our Eurest team based at Safran Landing Systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef looking for a great work-life balance in a professional, high-quality catering environment.
About The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation. You will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, team supervision, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of fresh, nutritious meals
- Support menu planning and food innovation
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure efficient stock control and minimal waste
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar Sous Chef role
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
