Up to £36,000 & Up to £5,000 (tronc) | Potential Live-In Available

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team, earning up to £36,000 per year, with the chance to boost your earnings by up to £5,000 in Tronc. There’s also the potential for live-in accommodation, making it even easier to jump in and be part of the action. With a clear pathway to Head Chef, this is a role where you can genuinely grow your career while doing what you love.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop junior chefs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong culinary and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen
  • Work within company menus and recipes
  • Manage staff rotas and allocate work
  • Train, coach, and develop the kitchen team
  • Handle food ordering, stock control, and storage
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and guest experience
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations
