We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team, earning up to £36,000 per year, with the chance to boost your earnings by up to £5,000 in Tronc. There’s also the potential for live-in accommodation, making it even easier to jump in and be part of the action. With a clear pathway to Head Chef, this is a role where you can genuinely grow your career while doing what you love.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop junior chefs
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong culinary and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen
- Work within company menus and recipes
- Manage staff rotas and allocate work
- Train, coach, and develop the kitchen team
- Handle food ordering, stock control, and storage
- Maintain high standards of food quality and guest experience
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations
