Senior Sous Chef (Cardiff)

Location & Working Pattern

  • Location: Cardiff
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Shifts: On a rota basis, generally 7:00am – 15:30pm

Salary

£30,000 per annum


Responsibilities

  • To invent and create menus that align with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure it is "picture perfect" every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with relevant parties on planned menus and order necessary ingredients
