Roles & Responsibilities

As a Chef, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes that meet menu specifications and meet customer expectations.
  • Understand and apply seasonal ingredients to drive menu innovation.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Maintain award-winning hygiene standards within the kitchen; ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect the team and customers.

Team Communication

  • Coordinate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries of premium meals.
  • Clear and open communication to resolve any kitchen challenges.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on new recipes, trends, promotions, and compliance requirements.
  • Upskill through training programs provided by Metro Pubs.
