Sous Chef New Opening Restaurant, Bar and Terrace
North West London
Salary: A GBP 37,000 to A GBP 38,000 basic salary
OTE: A GBP 43,000 to A GBP 45,000 including tronc, plus profit share

Spanning over 7,500 sq ft, the venue will bring together a stylish restaurant, vibrant bar, spacious terrace, private event spaces, and a retail deli, creating an exciting all-day dining experience.

Your Role
Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll be involved well before the doors open.
- You'll spend time training within the group's existing kitchens, learning the systems, building relationships, and preparing for a successful launch.
- Once open, you'll help lead a large kitchen operation by:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Driving food quality and consistency
- Training and mentoring the brigade
- Managing stock, ordering, and GP
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Helping deliver a smooth, successful opening
- Supporting the Head Chef with menu development and seasonal changes

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience as a Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
- A background in quality restaurants, gastro pubs, brasseries, or premium casual dining
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence leading a team during busy service
- Good commercial awareness and stock management
- A hands-on approach with a passion for quality food
- The enthusiasm to help build something from the ground up
