Sous Chef
The Sous Chef will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef with the day to day operation of the kitchen, your development and creativity is very much valued and encouraged. This kitchen is a hard-working yet fun and friendly family-orientated environment. A team player is a key attribute for this position with a can-do attitude.

Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Sous Chef, with previous experience of managing people and leading in a high-quality customer care and multi task fast paced environment with exemplary standards. You’ll have previous experience in a position of responsibility and a good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures including but not limited to COSHH, HACCP and Allergens.
You’ll also be passionate about food and exceptional service with good organisation and communication skills.
