Job Description
The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen while having a genuine opportunity to influence our food offering.
- You’ll be involved in menu discussions, contributing ideas, developing dishes, and helping ensure our menus continue to reflect the quality and creativity our guests expect.
- Alongside your passion for cooking, you’ll be a key part of maintaining standards across the kitchen, supporting your team through busy services, and creating an environment where chefs can learn, develop, and take pride in their work.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who brings energy, creativity, and a passion for developing others. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working in a fresh food kitchen environment
- A passion for seasonal ingredients and creative menu development
- The confidence to contribute ideas and collaborate on dishes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain consistency during busy services
- The patience and enthusiasm to teach, coach, and support junior chefs
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
- A genuine drive to deliver high standards every day
This role would suit someone who enjoys being involved, sharing ideas, and helping build a positive kitchen culture.
