We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards, and driving kitchen excellence.

In this role, you'll help oversee food production, stock control, purchasing, menu development, team training, and compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and brand standards. You'll play a key part in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest culinary standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, allergens, and hygiene regulations
  • Excellent organisational and stock management skills
  • A proactive leader with a passion for developing and supporting teams
  • Ability to manage purchasing and kitchen operations in the Executive and Head Chef's absence
