About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations by supporting the Head Chef in planning, prepping, and executing high-quality, innovative menus
  • Oversee food presentation, plating, and consistency, guaranteeing a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations
  • Coach chefs, train recruits, and cultivate a culture of expertise in our kitchen
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, monitor costs, and manage inventory to maintain profitability while upholding quality
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to decode specific client needs and adapt our offerings
  • Orbit around a calm, fast-paced yet positive environment ensuring team morale stays high

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ culinary experience (with a hard 3+ preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of protein preparation, plating, and restaurant service
  • Passion for hospitality and a proven ability to work under pressure
  • A keen focus on food presentation, creativity, and team leadership
  • Temporary certification in hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) will be provided
