Job Description
Are you a passionate and driven Sous Chef ready to step up in a premium, high-profile environment? Do you thrive in fast-paced venues where quality, creativity, teamwork, and safety go hand in hand?
Aramark UK is looking for an enthusiastic, quality-focused Sous Chef to support the leadership of our premium dining operations, delivering exceptional food experiences across à la carte restaurants, private dining, conferences, and events.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a matchday and non-matchday operation, working closely with the Head Chef to raise standards and push the boundaries of traditional stadia dining.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support food production and operational delivery across all premium dining areas.
- Take ownership of day-to-day product quality, ensuring consistently high standards.
- Drive a guest-focused culture through strong hospitality knowledge and service excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with UK food safety legislation, allergen and calorie procedures, COSHH, and due diligence.
- Maintain strict controls over food handling, hygiene, temperature checks, stock rotation, and date checks.
- Support menu and recipe setup within procurement systems and assist with operational processes.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to build effective team structures and support training delivery.
- Liaise with logistics teams to ensure efficient, timely movement of produce across site.
- Support development, engagement, and training of permanent and variable kitchen teams to Aramark standards.
- Lead by example, embedding health & safety practices and fostering a positive, motivated, and resilient kitchen culture.

- A confident and professional chef with experience in a similar premium or large-scale hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively across front and back of house.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a creative and quality-driven mindset.
- Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A strong commitment to food safety and hygienic operations.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
