Job Description
👨🍳 We're Hiring: Sous Chef 📍 London, UK
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join their team in a busy, high-quality hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to company standards
- Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain high food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional food
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have a valid Right to Work in the UK

Important Information:
- 📍 Location: London, UK
- 🏢 On-site role
- 💼 Full-time, Permanent
- ⏰ 40 hours per week (5 days)
- 💷 Salary: £44,000 per annum
- 💰 Tips + Paid Overtime
- 📅 Immediate Start Available
- No Accommodation available
