About the Role

This dynamic 2nd Chef role offers ownership, growth opportunities, and a passion-driven workplace where your skills and initiative directly contribute to a thriving kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the dining experience through exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver food of the highest standard – Ensuring every dish meets our commitment to quality and flavour.
- Maintain a pristine kitchen & service area – Striking the balance between efficiency and impeccable cleanliness.
- Stay up-to-date with menus & food offerings – Supporting fresh, well-organised operations.
- Provide warm, friendly service to our community members.
- Full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
Result: A kitchen that runs like clockwork—without sacrificing soul.
Working Pattern
- Monday, Saturday & Sunday | 22.5 hours per week
- Hourly wage: £16.00
