Package
- £32,000 salary
- TRONC circa £8,000 per year
- On-target earnings around £40,000
- Mainly daytime shifts
- Typical shifts of 08:00-17:00 and 08:00-20:00
- Overtime paid or taken as TOIL
The Role
- Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, high-quality kitchen
- Drive consistency, standards and service performance
- Contribute to menu development and weekly specials
- Mentor and motivate junior members of the brigade
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety

About You
- Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready for the next step
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking
- Calm and organised during busy services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Standards-driven with a positive, hands-on approach
