The Role

  • Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, high-quality kitchen
  • Drive consistency, standards and service performance
  • Contribute to menu development and weekly specials
  • Mentor and motivate junior members of the brigade
  • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety

About You

  • Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready for the next step
  • Passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking
  • Calm and organised during busy services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Standards-driven with a positive, hands-on approach
