Key Responsibilities
You’ll bring a bold passion for the guest experience and an unyielding commitment to exceptional service, paired with a drive to deliver outstanding performance for your team. As Head of Service, you’ll take on a multi-faceted role:
Service Management & Leadership
- Oversee all staff, ensuring consistency in service quality
- Train, mentor, and retain exceptional talent
- Set professional yet relatable expectations for your team
