Sous Chef Opportunity – Individual Restaurants

As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen's success, contributing to the creation of world-class dining experiences. You’ll collaborate with the Head Chef to design and execute a diverse, high-quality menu while maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish.

The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards
  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure menu consistency across locations
  • Train and lead juniors and junior chefs
  • Manage inventory, costs, and sustainability protocols
  • Foster a dynamic, high-performance kitchen team

About You

We’re looking for a professional with:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or equivalent) in premium dining
  • Leadership skills – ability to motivate and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrives under pressure and maintains composure in demanding situations
  • Passion for exceptional culinary experiences
  • Individuality & drive – we value personality and ambition
