Field-based | South of England (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Essex, Thames Valley & Hampshire)
Reporting to: Commercial Manager UK
At Spraga, we're building a challenger beverage brand with ambitious growth plans across the UK. We're looking for an energetic, commercially driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth across the South of England.

What you'll be doing
- Win new business across retail, hospitality and wellness channels
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Increase distribution and product visibility across your territory
- Drive sales, repeat purchase and in-store execution
- Support local activations, sampling and promotional campaigns
- Identify new commercial opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Deliver territory sales and distribution targets
- Provide regular reporting and market insights

What we're looking for
Essential
- Previous FMCG sales experience
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence
Nice to have
- Drinks or beverage industry experience
- Existing customer network across the South of England
- Experience working with premium retail, hospitality or wellness customers
- Knowledge of chilled products and chilled supply chains
