Job Description
This is a temporary part-time role (12 hours/week) within TJX UK. The position requires evening and weekend availability.

About the Role
We’re seeking friendly, energetic Retail Associates to join our Southampton store community. Whether you’re kickstarting your career or returning to work, we welcome all applicants to learn, grow, and make a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with enthusiasm and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
- Assist with a range of tasks, including:
- Cashier duties
- Fitting room support
- Backroom stock organisation
- Store cleaning and presentation
- Engage with learning and development programs designed for career progression
- Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver outstanding service to our customers
