About The Role
As a Casual Spa Attendant, you will help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect from Four Seasons. You will be responsible for ensuring all spa facilities are spotless, fully stocked, and beautifully presented, while supporting both the Spa Reception and Therapist teams.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What You Will Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing areas, and all guest-facing spa facilities.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments to ensure they meet Four Seasons standards.
- Replenish towels, robes, slippers, amenities, and guest supplies throughout the day.
- Monitor spa facilities and respond promptly to guest and operational needs.
- Provide a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to guests.
- Support therapists and the Spa Reception team with operational requirements.
- Assist with linen management, stock replenishment, and spa set-up activities.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Help create a seamless and luxurious spa experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a spa, leisure, housekeeping, or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and guest-focused approach.
