Exciting Opportunity for Health Navigators
We have an exciting opportunity to appoint highly motivated Health Navigators to join our friendly and supportive Single Point of Access (SPA) team across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire on a permanent basis!
About Our Team
Our team is comprised of 100 Health Navigators & Clinicians working flexibly across 2 sites in Bristol and Warmley. We offer hybrid working and flexible shifts. We are looking for Navigators who are available for shifts working between hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, 1 full weekend per 6 week rota.
About SPA
SPA is the first point of contact for all referrals into Planned Nursing, Therapy and Urgent Community Response.
Role Responsibilities
As Health Navigators, we provide comprehensive administrative support to health and social care professionals, hospitals, GPs, service-users, their relatives and carers, and other stakeholders in the wider health community. We provide first line support through phone calls, emails, and other electronic referrals.

Key Requirements
- Organised with great interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written skills

- Good knowledge of various administrative processes and practices
- Ability to work with internal colleagues and external agencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and data
