Spa Host – Premium Health & Wellness Ambassador
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is seeking a passionate Spa Host to join our thriving team!
About the Role

As a Spa Host, you’ll represent our premium environment by:
- Welcoming members with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Providing a detailed understanding of health and wellbeing benefits for each therapy room
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and high standards at all times

Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for our spa retreats
- Educate and enhance the member experience with expert knowledge of therapies and facilities
- Maintain a premium, welcoming, and impeccably tidy environment
- Support and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Key Requirements
- Experience in a premium customer service role, where quality and professionalism are paramount
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and personal wellbeing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—not just with members, but with your team
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering high-quality experiences and a superior level of care
