Job Description

At Fairmont St Andrews, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Spa & Leisure Attendant to join our team and contribute to the seamless, five-star experience for our guests.

As Spa & Leisure Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our spa and pool facilities meet the highest standards, creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who:

  • Loves supporting guests

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining hygiene and presentation across all spa and leisure facilities to exceptional standards
  • Keeping poolside, Jacuzzi, and relaxation areas clean, safe, and inviting
  • Conducting regular pool and Jacuzzi testing to ensure compliance and guest safety
  • Supporting locker room upkeep, including cleanliness, organisation, and restocking of toiletries
  • Monitoring and maintaining linen levels, coordinating with laundry for availability
  • Checking and preparing lockers for guest use
  • Assisting guests with the proper use of spa facilities, including sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi
  • Ensuring all amenities and products are fully stocked and presented to brand standards
  • Reporting maintenance issues or faulty equipment promptly
  • Supporting spa facility openings and closings when required
  • Contributing to a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
